How to Cancel an ILT Class Registration

For a student to cancel his/her enrollment in a class:
1. Go to My Training
2. Click Active Classes
3. Find and select the specific class
4. At Action, use the drop down arrow to select Cancel Registration
5. Click Yes to proceed with the cancellation

If you are not the instructor or the student, please email STA@daimlertruck.com and include in the Subject line Class Cancellation. Include in the body of the email, the student's first and last name, username, class code, and date of the class.

 Note: There is a cancellation fee = to one day of the current class price if cancelled less than 10 full business days before class starts.
